KRESS Tools (power-tools, measuring-tools, hand-tools) have a six (6) months warranty from manufacturing, assembly or operating defects starting on the sales receipt date. Battery packs are guaranteed for a six (6) months period only.
• Tools purchased and used for commercial and rental purposes are excluded from the six (6) months contractual warranty.

For warranted products, duly proven by sales receipt presented, KRESS warrants the following:
• Replace or repair for no charge all defective parts; or
• Repair the product for free; or
• Replace the product with the same product or a similar one at no cost.
